We owe the success of our programs to the people who make it happen.

In developing nations, access to secondary education is often inaccessible due to expense.

That’s why we feel it’s as important to provide educational benefits in addition to a traditional salary.

As a result, the Golden West Humanitarian Foundation Employee Scholarship Program (ESP) provides local staff (and in many cases their families) in developing nations the opportunity to continue their education at university.

 Since its inception in 2008, the ESP has seen over 90% participation from local staff who take advantage of the scholarship’s 100% tuition and books benefit.
